  Place your unworn items in the original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience at our warehouse.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
